Composite Seals
Rubber to metal bonded seal comprised of elastomer profile molded directly into groove(s) or edge-bonded to rigid substrate to produce an integrated, composite seal for a virtually endless array of static applications.
Extruded Products
Expertise in custom extruded and spliced seals enables highly complex geometries and shapes such as 3-D, multi-corner and compression-limited gaskets, while providing superior high bond integrity. This customized solution requires only limited tooling for the extrusion process. The seals are devoid of parting lines, flow lines, flash and void.
Packings
Alltek piston seals for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and actuators are designed to separate applied pressure between the piston and the rod side during the stroke movement. They are available as single-acting and double acting seals in a wide range of compound and profile configurations to meet diverse applications: high and low temperatures and pressures, a wide variety of media, harsh operating conditions, various friction requirements, etc. Parker piston seals can cover working temperatures from -50°C to 230°C and working pressures up to 800 bar. Some seal profiles are insensitive to extreme pressure peaks. There are piston seals available that comply with ISO 6020, ISO 5597 and ISO 7425-1 standards.

O-Rings
O-rings are circular sealing elements with circular cross-sections, and are mainly used in static applications. The sizes are specified by the inside diameter and the cross section diameter. Our O-rings are manufactured according to metric and imperial international standards such as AS 568B, DIN ISO 3601 and JIS. Custom sizes of almost any dimension are possible, such as miniature O-rings, special O-rings with large dimensions and continuously molded and spliced cord. We utilize O-ring compounds formulated to meet the most stringent industry standards, including FDA, USP, KTW, DVGW, BAM, WRAS (WRC), NSF, Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Aerospace (AMS) and many customer-specific requirements.
Rotary Shaft Seals
Rotary shaft seals provide sealing and wiping functionality for rotating and swiveling movements under low pressure and high velocity. They perform two essential functions. The primary function is to retain the bearing or system lubricant in the system to avoid leakage. The secondary function of a rotary shaft seal is to preclude any contamination of the system by external particles or other environmental impacts. Radial shaft seals typically consist of a metal insert and an elastomer diaphragm with a spring-energized sealing lip.

O-Rings
O-Rings
O-rings are available in all AS568 inch sizes as well as a wide range of international metric sizes to DIN 3771, ISO 3601 and JIS B2401. In addition, Parker is tooled in over 1,500 non-standard O-ring sizes which are available on special order, and can make practically any custom O-ring imaginable.
Parker O-rings can be molded in a wide range of elastomer compounds ranging from basic neoprene to special perfluorinated materials called Parofluor ULTRA. Parker O-rings are recommended for both static and dynamic sealing service in practically all vacuum, gas and liquid applications. With the widest range of compounds available in the industry and a full complement of specialty material formulations, Parker has the product to meet the world’s needs.
O-Ring Accessories
To assist in the installation of O-ring seals, Parker provides a number of useful items for use in sizing, installing and lubricating O-rings.
Parker offers special O-ring kits in a wide range of compounds as well as petroleum or silicone-based O-ring lubricants to facilitate seal assembly installation.
Also available are brass and plastic O-ring installation and extraction tools, O-ring sizing cones and Pi tapes.
